How the organisation handles personal information, and the standard it holds itself to when showing learners on this website.
Dignity comes before fundraising
This website deliberately avoids pity-based imagery. Learners are shown at work, learning and performing — never as objects of sympathy.
Photographs used across the site are illustrative images of the organisation's activities, environments and products. Individual learners are not identified unless the organisation has published their story itself.
Photographs and stories of learners
A photograph or story that identifies a learner is published only where consent has been given by the learner and their parent or guardian, and recorded by the office.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. On request, the organisation will remove the image or story from this website.
Stories on this site are limited to accounts the organisation has already made public.
Information you send us
Enquiry, volunteer, in-kind and partnership forms collect only the details needed to reply to you: name, contact details and the content of your message.
These details are used to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. They are not sold, and they are not shared with third parties for marketing.
Donations and financial information
Donations are made by direct bank transfer to the organisation's published account. This website does not collect or store card, bank or payment credentials.
Receipts and 80G documentation are issued by the office directly to the donor.
Analytics
Basic, aggregated interaction events — such as which calls to action are used — may be recorded to understand how the site is used. No personal profile is built from them.
Children's information
Records relating to learners are held by the school office and are not published on this website. The register of beneficiaries is available for inspection at the office by families and authorised officials.
