Individual, needs-based teaching for children with intellectual disabilities, delivered by trained special educators.

A residential and day-boarding facility with round-the-clock care, the only one of its kind in the district.

Door-to-door surveys, awareness camps and regular health and psychiatric evaluation for learners and families.

Real, marketable work: handloom weaving from waste cloth, incense sticks, holi colours, candles, paper bags and festive products.

Music training in classical singing, tabla, guitar and harmonium — open to learners with and without disabilities.

A foundation course in special education, run since 2005 in affiliation with Bhoj (Open) University.

Skill development

Learning → practice → confidence → independence.

Skill development is not a side activity here. It is the route by which a learner moves from being supported to contributing.

Vocational & work development

Products made here are sold. That single fact changes how learners, families and the community see what is possible.

Handloom, since 2015. Waste saris, kurtis and bedsheets become bedsheets, mats, table tops and covers. Inaugurated by the Commissioner of Hoshangabad.
Temple flowers, since 2014. Collected, cut and dried into raw material for incense sticks and holi colours — with Trash for Cash Society, Faridabad, and AVACAYAM. The flowers never reach the Narmada.
Seasonal products, since 2013. Paper bags, bamboo handicraft, rakhis, Diwali diyas, artistic candles, greeting cards and calendars, sold at stalls.
Marketing, since 2009. Association with ARUNIM for marketing and business development of the products.
