Vegetable Garden in School; 23 June 2013

The Anniebesant school has always been promoter of healthy and living in tune with the environment. Promoting the same, the empty plot / area in the school is utilized for growing vegetables and fruits. Many home grown veggies are there lady finger, brinjal, cauliflower, tomatoes, peas, banana, oranges, guava.

In addition to providing nutritional edible food items, it also gives the opportunity to teach the mentally retarded children how to garden, and take care or plants and other living things

Report Card October 2011

This month special educators were called upon to impart training and skill development of the Mentally Retarded students. They were taught how to make and paint beautiful and colorful Dipawali Diyas. These handicraft items are well sought after by the employees of Trident, Abhishek Industries in Hoshangabad. The diyas are also well received by the collector and commissioners of Hoshangabad.
Sale of these handicraft item, help create some amount which further will help in daily requirement.
