Special Workshop - Handmade Rakhis

The month of August is special for the kids here, this month we have two major event and celebrations. The Independence Day Celebration (15th August, and Raksha Bandhan - 29th Aug this year.)

Student and Staff here at Dr Anniebesant Special (MR) School, look forward to these event. Raksha Bandhan is only event / celebration after Holi Celebration and before Dipawali Celebration, where they get to show their imagination, creativity and art work.

Although we have special training and workshop which are conducted year long, we make sure to have a special Rakhi Making Workshop. As told by Head of Dr Anniebesant Special MR School. Every child participant is given special educator counselling and charts to track each of children / student separately.

This year again with the help of special educator and trainer children / Students learned and helped create amazing and beautiful Rakhis, This Rakhis will be sold off in the local market to generate fund to later sponsor a joyful event / picnic for the students.
